Footprints to Recovery and Vogue Recovery Center Merge

Footprints to Recovery and Vogue Recovery Center this month have announced a merger under which they will serve as sister companies with a shared internal structure and continue to operate under their respective brands.

The two addiction treatment companies have a common link: Vogue Recovery CEO Michael Milch, who joined Vogue in mid-2020, previously was an executive VP at Footprints. Vogue COO Ambrozino Storr, Footprints chief marketing officer William Wilder, and Footprints chief financial officer will each maintain their titles under the newly combined leadership structure.

In combining their organizations, Footprints and Vogue are aiming to create a full spectrum of addiction treatment services at six locations across the U.S. Based in Chicago, Footprints offers a range of services that includes partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment. Earlier this month, the company introduced detox services at its Elgin, Illinois, facility, which will also add a residential treatment option soon. Las Vegas-based Vogue, meanwhile, specializes in detox and inpatient rehabilitation.
