Okla. Rehab. Center Water Main Break Prompts Evacuation

Oct. 19--Fifty-six patients have been relocated early Sunday after a water main broke inside a rehabilitation center in northwest Oklahoma City.
Evacuations at the ManorCare Health Services -- Northwest, 5301 N Brookline Ave., began about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, a MedRide spokesperson said.
Paramedics with Emergency Medical Services Authority and Oklahoma Critical Care Transport, and workers with MedRide helped patients get out of the building and took them to other rehabilitation centers in the metro area.
No one was injured during the building's evacuation or during transport.
