Nature Coast EMS Paramedic Instructs Fla. Air Rescue Personnel

LECANTO, FL, OCTOBER 2, 2014 -- Ron Bray, one of Nature Coast EMS’s advanced life support critical care paramedics, and lead instructor for the Nature Coast EMS Institute, recently instructed the air rescue division of the Broward County Sheriff’s Fire Rescue in Advanced Critical Care Paramedicine.  

The 96-hour intensive training in advanced critical care took place over three weeks at the Broward County facility.

The training facilitated their enhancement of services and included advanced pharmacology, intra-aortic balloon pumps, hemodynamic monitoring and fetal monitoring for high risk pregnancies.  All class members graduated the course and are now prepared to take their national board certification.
