FORT MILL, S.C., Feb. 04, 2025 -- Catheter Precision, Inc. (NYSE American: VTAK), a U.S.-based innovative medical device company focused on electrophysiology products, today announces that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of PeriKard, LLC.
