Video 1. Baseline angiography of the heavily calcified ostial right coronary artery lesion.

Video 2. The 1.75-mm burr exiting the 6F Launcher Amplatz Left guide (Medtronic), illustrating the extreme spatial constraint within the distal curve.

Video 3. Stent delivery using a double-wire (aorta/right coronary artery) technique; retrospective analysis showed deformation of the guide catheter tip.

Video 4. Final angiographic result after optimization to 4.60 mm, with Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction-3 flow.
