Giant Stent-Related Coronary Pseudoaneurysm

Video 1. Transthoracic echocardiogram showing a cavity abutting the anterolateral wall of the left ventricle. LV = left ventricle.

Video 2. Coronary angiogram showing an occluded left anterior descending artery stent and the dye extravasating into a giant pseudoaneurysm. 

Video 3. Coronary angiogram revealed the complete exclusion of the pseudoaneurysm with distal Thrombosis in Myocardial Infarction-3 flow after left anterior descending artery stent graft placement.
