Strengthening Our Well-Being During COVID-19

In this installment of "Coping During COVID-19," Psych Congress Steering Committee member Saundra Jain, MA, PsyD, LPC, discusses practices to strengthen well-being and wellness during the COVID-19 epidemic.

"Committing just 3 to 5 minutes a day focusing on resilience and optimism can significantly improve a person's well-being," said Dr. Jain, an Adjunct Clinical Affiliate for the School of Nursing at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Jain will be co-presenting a session on wellness interventions at the Psych Congress national conference being held Sept. 10-13, 2020. 

"Coping During COVID-19" is an initiative designed to provide content and connection to mental health clinicians during the global pandemic.
