Abstract: Background: We previously assessed patient-reported multidimensional impact of tardive dyskinesia (TD) on an initial set of participants (n=286) in the IMPACT-TD Registry. Here, we present patient-reported outcomes (PROs) for the full IMPACT-TD Registry cohort. Methods: The IMPACT-TD Registry, a phase 4, 3-year longitudinal study, includes individuals aged ?18 years with a score of ?2 on ?1 items of the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale and probable TD or, alternatively, who are receiving vesicular monoamine transporter 2 inhibitor therapy for TD. At enrollment, patients reported severity of TD (Patient Global Impression of Severity of TD [PGIS-TD] scale) and answered 33 questions to assess the multidimensional impact of TD (IMPACT-TD PRO scale) using a 5-point Likert scale. Results: Among 611 individuals (mean age 52.1 years; 53.5% female; 63.3% White) enrolled in the IMPACT-TD Registry on December 31, 2024, 593 reported TD severity (PGIS-TD) at enrollment, with 12.0% reporting none, 34.2% mild, 34.7% moderate, 12.8% severe, and 6.2% very severe. Most individuals reported (IMPACT-TD PRO [n=593]) mild/moderate/severe impact of TD for embarrassment in social situations (60.9%), ability to enjoy the things they do for fun (58.3%), limiting social activities (47.6%), and ability to socialize with friends (42.8%). Individuals reported that TD impacts their sleep (44.1%) and ability to exercise (42.7%), do household chores (42.2%), and hold things (41.8%). Conclusions: In the full cohort enrolled in this large real-world study, most individuals reported mild to moderate severity of TD and reported impact of TD in multiple areas, with greatest impact on psychosocial aspects of life.Short Description: This real-world observational study of 611 individuals with tardive dyskinesia (TD) used patient-reported outcomes to assess TD movement severity and the multidimensional impact of TD. Approximately 60% of individuals reported that their TD led to embarrassment in social situations and/or that TD impacted their ability to enjoy the things they do for fun; 48% indicated limiting social activities due to TD. Up to approximately 40% of individuals reported that TD impacted their daily physical activities.Name of Sponsoring Organization(s): Teva Branded Pharmaceutical Products R&D LLC.
