Coronary Artery Aneurysm With Thrombosis

Video 1. Pre-percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty coronary angiography performed at an angulation of 1.1° from the cranial right anterior view and 43.2° from the left anterior oblique view showed no opacification of the mid-distal segment of the right coronary artery.

Video 2. Post-percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty with drug-coated balloon intervention. Coronary angiography demonstrated complete opacification of the right coronary artery from ostium to distal segment, with reestablishment of antegrade blood flow. The procedure was performed at an angulation of 1.1° from the cranial right anterior view and 43.2° from the left anterior oblique view.
