Video Supplement: Giant Hepatic Artery Aneurysm Presenting With a Hyperattenuating Crescent Sign: Successful Single-Plug Endovascular Exclusion

Video 1. Selective celiac angiography demonstrating a giant common hepatic artery aneurysm with complete absence of distal hepatic arterial opacification, consistent with spontaneous distal thrombosis and lack of distal runoff.

Video 2. Fluoroscopic sequence demonstrating controlled device deployment with contrast injection for positioning assessment, confirming patency of the left gastric artery and absence of inadvertent occlusion during device advancement.

Video 3. Final control angiography demonstrating complete device release and aneurysm exclusion, with interruption of flow into the aneurysmal sac and preservation of flow in uninvolved arteries, and without residual opacification.
