Video 1. Perforation of the anterior mitral leaflet using a straight 0.035-inch wire electrified with electrocautery, which was then advanced into the left ventricle.

Video 2. Successful dilatation of a semicompliant 14-mm balloon through the anterior mitral leaflet after previous dilatations of a 4-mm cutting balloon and a 7-mm semicompliant balloon.
 

Video 3. Left ventricle angiogram showed no mitral regurgitation, no paravalvular leak, and good anterograde flow through the left ventricular outflow tract.
