Video Supplement: SAFE-SEAL: A Bail-Out Technique for Percutaneous Femoral Closure After Failed Hybrid Closure

Video 1. Persistent bleeding from the femoral access site following failure of the plug-based component of a hybrid suture- and plug-based closure strategy after guidewire removal.

Video 2. Persistent femoral access-site bleeding despite temporary balloon tamponade performed via a protective access, highlighting the lack of definitive hemostasis after loss of endovascular access.

Video 3. Final angiography after deployment of the SAFE-SEAL technique demonstrating complete hemostasis of the femoral arteriotomy without residual bleeding or flow limitation.
