Video Supplement: When the Left Ventricle Dances: Ballerina Foot Appearance in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Video 1. Coronary angiogram in the right anterior oblique cranial view with evidence of dynamic compression (milking) seen in the distal left anterior descending artery as a sign of myocardial bridging.

Video 2. Left ventricular (LV) angiogram in the right anterior oblique view with evidence of significant hypercontractility in the basal and mid-segments of the LV and subsequent narrowing of the mid-LV during systole, giving it a “ballerina foot” deformity.
