Video. Endovascular recanalization of a chronically occluded iliac limb. The procedure involved crossing the occlusion with a hydrophilic guidewire, mechanical thrombectomy using an aspiration catheter, and balloon angioplasty to restore luminal patency. Final angiogram confirms brisk antegrade flow without residual stenosis.
